Is it free to browse?
Yes. Browsing and contacting sellers through Bizsales.sg is free.
How do I contact a seller?
Each listing has a contact form. Your message goes to the seller and they reply by email. Create a free account so sellers know who they’re talking to.
Can I trust the numbers in a listing?
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Always do your own due diligence — ask for audited financials, verify the lease and supplier contracts, and if the deal is large, engage an accountant or lawyer.

How do I list my business?
Create a free account, then use the List your business page. Fill in asking price, revenue, profit, reason for sale and the other fields, upload photos and submit. Our team reviews it before it goes live.
How much does it cost?
Listing is free at launch. We’ll announce any paid tiers well in advance; existing listings won’t be retroactively charged.
How long does approval take?
Usually 1–2 business days. If we need more information we’ll email you before rejecting a listing.
Can I keep my business anonymous?
Yes. You can use a generic title like “Established F&B in Central Singapore”, omit the address, and only reveal the identity of the business to serious enquirers.
Do you take a commission on the sale?
No. Bizsales.sg is a listing platform. We do not broker deals and we do not take a commission on the sale price.

Can I tell sellers what kind of business I’m looking for?
Yes. Post a free request on the Buyers Wanted page with the industry, budget and location you want. Owners and advisors can then contact you directly.
How do I hear about new listings first?
Join the free BizSales WhatsApp channel or sign up for the weekly email digest on the homepage. Both send new Singapore businesses for sale as they go live.
Does BizSales value my business or set the asking price?
No. BizSales is a neutral marketplace and does not value businesses or advise on price. For a first estimate, use the free valuation calculator, compare asking prices in the market snapshot, or hire a valuer from the advisor directory.
What can I list on BizSales?
Businesses for sale in Singapore, including shop takeovers, established companies and franchise opportunities. Adverts for a company’s services are not accepted as listings. Professional advisors such as brokers, lawyers and accountants can join the advisor directory instead.
Can BizSales help me create my listing?
Yes. Email admin@bizsales.sg with your details and we can set the listing up for you, then move it to your own account so you can edit it any time.
How do I edit or remove my listing?
Log in and open your dashboard. From there you can update the details, add photos or remove the listing once the business is sold.
Who runs BizSales.sg?
BizSales.sg is an independent Singapore-based marketplace for buying and selling small and medium-sized businesses. It is not a business broker.
Is BizSales.sg related to the government’s BizSG portal?
No. BizSales.sg is an independent private marketplace and is not affiliated with the Singapore government’s BizSG initiative.
I’m a broker, lawyer or accountant. Can I be listed?
Yes. Professional advisors who help businesses change hands can be listed free in the BizSales advisor directory, organised by specialty.
