Existing distributor/supplier contacts can be shared with the buyer once the takeover is confirmed.

Current stock is stored at a third-party warehouse
The current landlord is taking back the storage space, so the buyer will need to source their own warehouse/storage location for the stock.

Full Business Takeover – Take over the stock together with the company/business name.
