Why we built this

Singapore has thousands of profitable small and medium businesses whose owners are ready to exit — often for retirement, relocation or a new venture. At the same time, many aspiring entrepreneurs would rather buy a working business than build from zero. Bizsales.sg exists to make that matchmaking simple and transparent.

• Listings with the information that matters — asking price, annual revenue, profit / SDE, reason for sale, staff count, lease terms, training on offer.

• Direct contact between buyers and sellers, with no commission taken on the deal.

Who runs it

Bizsales.sg is an independent Singapore-based platform. We are not business brokers — we do not negotiate or broker deals. Our role is to host good-quality listings and keep the platform safe to use.

About the founder

How listings are checked

Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live, usually within 1–2 business days. We only publish genuine Singapore businesses for sale and franchise opportunities. Adverts for a company’s services are not accepted as listings. Sellers are responsible for the figures they publish, so buyers should always do their own due diligence.

What BizSales does not do

We do not broker deals, take a commission, value businesses or set asking prices. If you need professional help, our advisor directory lists brokers, lawyers, accountants, valuers and corporate secretaries. BizSales.sg is an independent private marketplace and is not affiliated with the Singapore government’s BizSG initiative.
